Therapy that meets you
where you are

Our Services

I provide individual therapy for adults managing ADHD, burnout and chronic stress, and perimenopause, helping you develop strategies and support tailored to your needs. While these are my primary areas of focus, I also offer compassionate counselling for a wide range of personal and emotional challenges, creating a safe space to explore whatever matters most to you.

Adult ADHD

I help adults understand their unique brain wiring and develop practical strategies that work with their strengths, not against them. We address challenges like executive function difficulties, overwhelm, and sensitivity to criticism, while identifying how your ADHD traits can become powerful tools in daily life. Whether newly diagnosed or navigating ADHD for years, I provide support to help you thrive and stay on track.

Burnout and Chronic Stress

If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether at work, at home, or both—you’re not alone. I work with adults to identify the sources of burnout and chronic stress, and develop strategies to restore balance, set boundaries, and rebuild energy. Using a combination of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural approaches, and humanistic principles, we focus on sustainable change tailored to your life.

Perimenopause

The emotional and hormonal shifts of perimenopause can be confusing and challenging. I provide compassionate counselling for women navigating these transitions, helping you manage stress, mood changes, and identity shifts. In this space, your experiences are understood, validated, and explored, so you can feel more grounded, supported, and confident in this stage of life.
